She has an undergraduate degree from Guilford College in Interpersonal Communication and a dual Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addiction and Recovery Counseling from Liberty University. Elizabeth has experience with providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly clients suffering from trauma. There, I have supported students and postdocs of various ages (young adults to those in middle adulthood) through therapy.
